TF Consultancy is the sole proprietorship of Thais Fontes, based in Québec. This policy explains what personal information this site collects and how it is handled, in line with Québec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).
What this site does not do
- No cookies are placed on your device.
- No analytics, no advertising pixels, no trackers.
- No forms: the site does not collect anything you type.
- Fonts are hosted on this site. Your browser does not contact any third-party service to display them.
Hosting provider logs
Like any website, the hosting provider may keep technical logs (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) to keep the service secure and running. TF Consultancy does not use these logs to identify you or for advertising.
If you write to me by email
Email is the only way to get in touch. If you write to me, I receive your email address, your name if it appears, and the content of your message. This information is used only to reply to you and, where relevant, to manage our business relationship (proposal, engagement, invoicing). It is never sold or shared for marketing.
I keep these exchanges as long as needed for those purposes and for legal obligations, including tax rules. You can ask for them to be deleted when no obligation requires me to keep them.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information I hold about you, have it corrected, or withdraw your consent to its use. Just write to the address below. I reply within 30 days.
